Company Information

We are bringing to the market revolutionary 5th Wheel and Travel Trailer RV's that are completely different than anything on the market today. We have been issued a US Patent for the Recreational Vehicles Trailer Chassis with 15 claims commonly known as the Deep Basement System Technology DBST covering the chassis systems and architecture. We will be introducing the products and taking orders over the summer of 2025.  Stay tuned for information and updates to be published on this website.

Chassis Frame and Vehicle Architecture

Vision Recreational Vehicles Inc. (VRVInc.), Features and Benefits

All VRV Inc. 5thWheel and Travel Trailer products exclusively employ Deep Basement System Technology (DBST) patented frame.

This design sets our Recreational Vehicles (RV’s) apart from all other RV’s on the market today.

DBST technology vehicle architecture, automotive level engineering, design and advanced materials leads to higher quality Designed, and Manufactured, products.

These major advances result in:

· manufacturing production methods and quality efficiencies

· a higher level of all RV systems performance

· efficient uses of storage and garage space

· weight reductions

· a much higher quality product for our customers

· better price for consumers

Below are further explanations of DBST technology with features and benefits:

Vehicle Architecture Design

The architecture of the overall DBST design allows for approximately 30% more above floor storage

and up to 400% more below floor storage. The architecture allows for lower-level basement storage compartments heights of 24” to 30” and for them to be fully pass through, with access from either side of the RV.

In addition, this added below floor basement storage allows for placement of:

1) the furnaces/air conditioners, ducting, water heaters, water lines/drains, holding tanks/water tanks, electrical panels/supply cords, batteries, converters/inverters, generator, LP tanks and spare tire all installed in the lower storage compartment, around, and over, the axles.

2) the front garage area, located under the front bedroom, can be provided with up to 63” of headroom, lengths of up to 20’ and widths of 96”, clear to carry all your toys (motorcycle/trikes, golf carts, ATV’s, side by sides, boats/canoes/watercraft, scooters, electric bikes) and with side-loading or front-loading ramps.

The location of the garage area and lower basement area helps us achieve the best axle placement and hitch weight optimization possible. This new design greatly enhances stability and towability with the lower center of gravity, which also improves fuel economy, with less wind resistance.

Patented Frame Design Architecture

The frame utilizes 80 Kilo pound Per Square Inch (KSI), high strength, light weight steel tubing and steel “I” beams, allowing for higher weight carrying capacities, more torsional rigidity and more slide room load capacities.

Each frame design is computer engineered, and analyzed, utilizing the latest Finite Element Analysis (FEA), computerized structural analysis software, to verify that our engineering/design are correct, and that the strength of materials used are sufficient to handle the static and dynamic, on and off the road, forces that the chassis can experience over its lifetime, assisting in assuring the best price and quality for our customers.

Automotive Assembly Procedures

Our designs allow us to utilize the latest successful manufacturing technologies and planning architecture in our assembly systems, processes and procedures.

We utilize pre-engineered and pre-assembled:

· 110Volt and 12V wiring harnesses

· plumbing lines, drains, stacks and docking stations

· heating/cooling runs and plenums

· propane supply lines and takeoffs

· hangers and support members for RV equipment, tanks and parts

· computer generated master “cutting” programs

· walls, roofs, floors, front/rear caps and slides are built offline by us or outside vendors and delivered to the line when and where they are needed for final assembly.

Improved Heating and Cooling

Our overall RV heating and cooling system efficiency is greatly improved through the incorporation of thicker and more dense insulation over the entire RV body.

Our roofs incorporate 5”, R20, batt insulation and will typically only have opening for 2 to 3 plumbing stacks, given to our below floor basement utilities equipment placement location.

There are no roof vents as our bath and kitchen incorporate wall mounted fans.

The side walls, front and rear caps, basement storage doors and garage doors use up to 2.5”, R15 Styrofoam insulation.

The lower frame rails and cross members are filled with 4”, R16 to 6”, R24 fiberglass batt insulation in all voids right out to the outriggers.

Further, with the use of basement air and furnace placement utilizing one central duct system for both, they assist in the warming of the interior and floors in cooler weather and in cooler floors and interior in hotter weather.

The 2” minimum clearances around our water tanks, holding tanks, waterlines, termination valves, and other equipment, ensures great circulation of heat and cooling in all climate conditions.

Our design and insulation methods also lead to very noticeable noise reduction.

Aerodynamic Body Design

Our exterior body design incorporating:

· an upgraded smooth, aero radiused, corner front cap

· radiused corner roof

· advanced rear spoiler with radiused corners, designed into the rear cap

· all basement and garage storage doors with radiused corners

· lower to the ground front body

· lighter product material weights

These advances in design and materials have all been shown to enhance our unit’s towability and increase the towing fuel economy.

Pricing and Product Lineups

We will be offering our redesigned 5th wheels, smaller ½ ton towable 5thwheels and travel trailers in entry level, mid-level and high-end models with competitive price points.

Our goal, and business model, is heavily centered on providing competitively priced and a higher level of quality products than are currently on the market of similar size and specifications.
